Composite fabric

1、 Principle
Composite fabric is made of superfine fiber in specific textile processing and unique dyeing and finishing, and then processed by "composite" equipment. The English of composite fabric is: "lamination fabric" "soft shell fabric" because the composite fabric adopts microfiber, the fabric has high cleaning ability, that is, decontamination ability.

3、 Classification

4、 Maintenance

It is worth noting that when the front side is combined, the front and back fabrics shall be aligned with the grain, so as to avoid serious weft skew, straight wire twisting and other phenomena as far as possible. It should be emphasized that the composite fabric cannot be recombined. Even if the material is used for stripping, it will greatly affect the yarn of the fabric and become harder and harder. Moreover, when sewing clothes, the fabric is very easy to be pierced by needles. As the film adhesive uses chemical materials, it will have a certain physical reaction to nylon fabrics. Therefore, it is recommended to recommend customers to use polyester fabrics, which can effectively control the color of the fabric before and after compounding, as well as the water pressure resistance and air permeability index. Composite fabrics often have uneven edges, so composite factories must be required to cut edges, which is conducive to the cutting of garment factories. The width of the cloth is wider than that of cotton woven cloth.
